Dragonfruit Banana Berry Bowl


  1. 1 banana
  2. 1 ripe dragonfruit–(bright, evenly colored skin means it is ripe)
  3. 1 cup blueberries
  4. 1/2 cup raspberries
  5. 4 tablespoons plain yogurt
  6. 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  7. 2 teaspoons honey


  1. Wash fruit
  2. Peel banana and dragonfruit
  3. Add all fruits, yogurt, and honey into a blender (I use a Nutribullet)
  4. Mix, and sprinkle with chia seeds! Simple, healthy, colorful, & delicious 🙂
