Pesto Asparagus & Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta

I’ve always loved pesto. I always assumed it was some crazy difficult, multi-ingredient thing to make, and then I realized that I am an adult and am capable of doing difficult things. Turns out, pesto is probably one of the easiest things I’ve ever made. IT’S SO EASY. AND SO GOOD.

INGREDIENTS FOR PESTO:

1. 4 cups fresh basil leaves
2. 1/3 cup pine nuts
3. 2 cloves garlic
4. 1/2 cup olive oil
5. 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
6. 1 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS:

Literally just blend everything together in the food processor, and you have pesto!!!! IT’S MAGICAL!

ASPARAGUS:

1. Preheat oven to 425˚F/220˚C.
2. Cut asparagus and place on a baking sheet
3. Drizzle olive oil, salt, and pepper over the asparagus and toss so each piece is evenly coated
4. Bake 10 minutes
